To request an appointment for the following: implants, coil fittings, and emergency contraception, please complete a triage form via our website.
Implants and coil fittings (insertion or removals) are undertaken by Dr Karkare and Dr Tazeen. These appointments may have a longer wait time and require a consultation prior to the procedure.
Emergency contraception can be issued by any clinician (excluding Practice Nurses).
Depo injections are only administered by the Practice Nurse and can be booked in person or via the telephone. You do not need to complete a patient triage form. - Child Health
